- Cleaning and towels are naturally included.
- Laundry facilities are available.
- Complementary breakfast starter pack is supplied when you arrive. This consists of a loaf of bread, litre of milk, cereal, butter and jam.
- Coffee and tea are complimentary. We will gladly supply you with freshly picked, local, tropical fruits such as papayas, mango, bananas, pineapple (when available).
- There are 8 good quality moutain bikes available for hire.
- Snorkelling and Golf equipment is available.
- Relaxation and Deep Tissue Massage is now available onsite. Facials and Body Treatments coming soon.
- We will happily arrange guided tours and readily assist you in renting cars or motorbikes.
- Guests interested in diving, are advised to contact Ian & Annie before your trip (Niue-Dive).
- A small collection of books in several languages can be found in our library.

We can only accept Visa Card (at this stage), however this will incur a surcharge of 5%
Please note: There is no EFTPOS on the island and there are no money machines (ATMs). Currency is New Zealand Dollar.
